David Weir joined the team in March 2024, after previously working at The Lowry as a Marketing Executive.

Based in Manchester, he organises regular festivals in Chester and launched North West-based music promotion company Choir of Outsiders in 2022, which specialises in experimental folk. He has written for Clash Music, Caught by the River and KLOF Magazine.
